Before you book
Have these details ready
A couple of minutes of preparation makes the booking quicker and removes almost every problem that can arise on the day.
- Pickup address, including the door number
- Destination address
- Date and time you want to travel
- Number of passengers, including children
- How much luggage there is
- Flight number for airport transfers
- Whether an accessible vehicle is needed
- A mobile number for the driver
Booking ahead
- Local journeys: a couple of hours’ notice is usually plenty
- Airport transfers: at least 24 hours ahead
- Early-morning flights: book as early as you can — these slots fill first
- Groups and accessible vehicles: a few days, as larger and accessible vehicles are limited
- Peak periods: several days over bank holidays and school holidays
What the fare covers
- Fares are based on the vehicle type and the miles travelled, with fixed fees for a range of destinations including the major airports.
- Airport, seaport and other pre-agreed journeys are quoted as a fixed price that is confirmed at the time of booking.
- We charge the same rates whatever the time of day or night, so early-morning and late-night journeys cost no more.
- Additional charges can apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees or journeys on public holidays.
