We do not ask for special category data, but if you tell us about a health condition or disability so that we can provide an accessible vehicle or extra assistance, we will hold that information only for as long as needed to provide the service safely.
Why we use it
We use your information to:

Our lawful bases for processing are the performance of our contract with you (providing the journey), our legitimate interests (running and improving our business, and handling complaints), compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting and licensing), and consent where you have given it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to deal with any follow-up, and accounting records for the period required by law. Records relating to complaints are kept until the matter is closed and any limitation period has expired. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access is limited to those who need it to provide the service, and card payments are handled by our payment providers rather than stored by us.
