Taxis that welcome your pet, with assistance dogs free
Journeys we take pets on
Pet travel with us is usually one of these:
- Veterinary appointments, including emergency visits
- Groomers, kennels and catteries
- Dog walks and days out on the South Downs or the beach
- Collecting a new pet from a breeder or rescue
- Moving house with animals
- Trips to the station or airport when a pet cannot be left behind
How to make the journey easier
Tell us in advance so we can assign the right vehicle. A small dog in a carrier is fine in a saloon; a large dog is far more comfortable in an estate or people carrier with the seats configured for space.
Bringing a carrier, harness or a familiar blanket keeps your pet calm and keeps the vehicle clean for the next passenger. If your pet travels regularly, we can note the arrangement on your account so future bookings are set up the same way.
How it works
Booking this service, step by step
Mention your pet when booking
Tell us the type and size of animal when you book so we assign a suitable vehicle.
Bring a carrier or blanket
A carrier, harness or familiar blanket helps your pet settle and protects the vehicle interior.
Collected from your door
Your driver collects you and your pet together and loads any carrier or equipment.
Straight to your destination
We take you directly to the vet, groomer or destination and can wait if the appointment is short.
Pricing
What the fare covers, and what it does not

- We charge the same rates whatever the time of day or night, so early-morning and late-night journeys cost no more.
